Wednesday post

With every additional discussion of Fyodor's book, I realize more and more of his deep understanding of the way human minds think and act. The uses of moaning, for example, as we covered in class today, is a perfect example of how humans draw attention to themselves and make others feel what they are feeling.

Even though the topic of "moaning" may be looked upon as an insignificant one (why is he talking about moaning?) like I first thought when I was reading the passage, it turns out that we are all at blame for what he explains we do. Whenever we moan, or grunt, or even complain, we are doing so to draw attention to ourselves, and to a certain degree make others feel what we feel, which is what we want them to feel. To fail to he others to feel what we want them to feel will make us feel defeated, tetrode the act of moaning and grunting and complaining are done with great efforts in front of those victims. When alone, however there is no purpose.
