Relating humans to a cancer is scary yet completely accurate. Yes, there are still some people who are able to live in more of a harmony with nature, but as a whole we destroy the only place that has to live. It’s funny because people who “look out for the environment” or not tell people to litter are kind of stereotyped or made fun of for caring too much. But, the end of the human species will probably be because we destroy the Earth before anything else can destroy us.
It is scary to think that in the grand scheme of things how insignificant we are. Actually, if you think about it, it becomes really easy to become inactive when you think about the amount of insignificance.

Literally everything we do equates to nothing. However, I think in our lives its necessary to try and find meaning because we will probably have more fun doing something and pretending it means something, rather than do nothing and knowing it means nothing. Sometimes though, its good to keep things in perspective.
